Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders placed on MEZY are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods such as launches, drops, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We partner with reliable third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.

  • Multiple shipping options may be available depending on your location.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and may vary based on destination, courier service, and external factors beyond our control.

  • Tracking details are shared via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available on eligible domestic orders, promotions, or limited-time campaigns. Any such offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India. Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

International Shipping

MEZY offers international shipping to select countries. International delivery timelines and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and courier partner.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders placed outside India:

  • Your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in MEZY’s product prices or shipping fees.

  • Customers are solely responsible for paying any additional charges required to clear customs.

We strongly recommend reviewing your country’s customs regulations before placing an order. MEZY is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or non-delivery caused by customs clearance issues.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

MEZY will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments may be eligible for re-shipment at an additional cost.
